I had a really great stay at this hotel in July. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the main boulevard and the tourist section of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who spoke English and assisted us throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had a good bathroom with a shower cabin. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying, giving us a taste of authentic Russian cuisine. It was also convenient that the hotel is open 24/7 and allowed us to check in late at night without any issues.
All in all, everything was great and there was nothing that needed improvement.

Very friendly and helpful pessonnel, excellent location in the city centre, very close to the underground station, Moskovsky railway station, reasonable price. The room had a separate entrance from the outside, so no broblem coming back to room late at night, I had my own key
Early in the morning the neighbours upstairs (probably people living in the house) started shouting, only one tv channel, Discovery in russian, showed at night, electrical sockets were difficult to reach

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the main boulevard with many decent cafes nearby. It is also conveniently located near the metro station. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom includes a shower cabin. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help, and the 24/7 reception is a nice advantage.
The walls between the rooms are thin and not soundproof, which can be inconvenient if the neighbors are noisy.

The hotel is 5 min walking from Moskovsky railway station and 2 min walk from metro station, very convinient location near city center, big supermarket is also 5 min away. Hotel staff is very friendly and room was very clean.
It was little bit cold and there is no window in economy room.

The only good side about the hotel is its location. That's it
The hotel rooms are spread in the appartment building which is very old and needs refurbishment. This is the worst hotel experience in my life. Although I booked the room on Booked.net, the hotel administration refused to accept credit cards, cash only. The breakfast was poor. Staff offered instant coffee, and asked for extra money for regular coffee.

The hotel had a 24/7 front desk, which was very convenient for my business trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main tourist areas. The rooms were equipped with ensuite bathrooms and included a simple but adequate breakfast option.
The hotel was located in an old building without an elevator, making it difficult to carry heavy bags up several flights of stairs. The room had a strong smell of sewage, and the staff was unable to offer an alternative room.

The hotel has a good location near the Nevsky Prospect. It is quiet though.
Access to the rooms is really bad, you have to climb 4 floors in a dark, cold and stone-made stairs. It is also the access for inhabitants of the building. The staff does not speak a single word of english: they use google translate to show us basic sentences in english like "Your room is ready". Rooms are small and furniture looks cheap although they had highlighted an 'italian furniture". The shower turned into a bath tube everytime we used it (sink problem). We also experienced a power-cut due to a bad plug-multiplier (short-circuit). Breakfast is very summary and always the same (eggs, bread, jam, coffee), no buffet.

This hotel has a wonderful location just a dozen meters from Nevsky avenue and metro station Mayakovskaya. It's a bit difficult to find it at first for it is in the inner court of Mayakovskogo str. and has no sign on the street. But due to this location the hotel is very quiet. Needless to say that all places of interest or of leisure can be reached easily, on foot, from the hotel. You have only to follow the Nevsky avenue. The hotel is quiet new and for its price you receive quiet well-furnished (for this price segment) room, breakfast (includes yoghurt, porridge or fried eggs, tea or coffee, cheese, butter, bread), unlimited water (hot and cold), tea and coffee at the lobby. Wi-fi is rather speedy and stable as in the room as at the lobby. So to conclude, the hotel is very much worth its price!
The same breakfast every day (but frankly speaking you don't expect it to be variable for this price). Small low-price rooms can be a bit noisy in the morning as walls are rather thin.

We stayed at improved class room. * Room is big enough, we liked furniture - mirror locker and leather sofa. * WiFi connection was fine on fourth floor. * Nice breakfast with selection of porridge and scrambled eggs
It would be nice to have air conditioning in rooms :) Stairway should be improved and more light should be added

I had such a great stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was absolutely perfect - right near a metro station, making it super easy to get around and explore. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The rooms were comfortable and had a good bathroom. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and really gave me a taste of authentic Russian cuisine. I also loved that the hotel paid attention to detail with little extras like a mosquito repellent.
No complaints, everything was great!

Location is fantastic: just 10 meters and you are on Nevskiy ave! 5 min walk from Mayakovskaya Underground station and 10 min from Moskovskiy Railway station and Galeria mall (the best shopping centre in the city). Staff is friendly and ready to help, very homey and cosy atmosphere. Breakfast is quite good: a choice of cooked aggs or porridge is offered, also bread/butter and tea/coffee. Very central and very good communication to all city sightseeings. Allows to feel a spirit of authentic StPete.
It's a sort of family hotel made in the place of old shared appartments (kommunalka). The building is very old and still is under refurbishment. Actually only basement and top floors belong to the hotel. The reamining floors are either have private apartments or abandoned for future construction and exude unpleasant smells when passing by. Please be attentive when checking in and if you're unhappy with you room go and ask to change it. The staff try to accomodate the worst rooms first, but ready to change for better ones if asked.
